Suzanne Stowers Barrett, born in Dawson County, Georgia, has built a life of resilience, service, and entrepreneurship. A member of North Georgia College’s inaugural Honors Class, she was influenced by her father, Keith Stowers, a school superintendent, and her late sister, Beth.
Suzanne spent over a decade excelling in diemaking and diecutting, advancing from sales support to operations and sales leadership. In December 2024, she co-founded Stowers’ Flowers with her nephew, combining her business expertise with a passion for floral design.
A dedicated community supporter, Suzanne volunteers for PurpleStride and earned the President’s Award for industry contributions. In her free time, she enjoys reading, music, and gardening, always striving to bring beauty and connection to those around her.
